In the "2022 Q2 global best-selling cell phone market analysis report", tide electricity think tank statistics found that OPPO in the high, medium and low-end market performance is still very good, especially in the high-end market, has been selected for five consecutive quarters in the global cell phone $ 800 + best-selling models TOP20.
 
In August, Chaodian Intelligence launched the "2022 Q2 Global Best-Selling Mobile Phone Market Analysis Report". The report is based on Chaodian Intelligence's own best-selling cell phone data model, which divides global cell phones into five price bands in US$200 steps, and takes the sales of the top 20 best-selling models in each of the five price bands as the basis of the report.
 
Since several major cell phone mainstream brands have sub-brands, the report is prepared based on whether they are financially independent accounting to distinguish the market share of major brands, i.e. Xiaomi includes Xiaomi and Redmi brands, Vivo includes Vivo and iQOO, while OPPO, realme and One Plus are independently calculated.
 
1, five consecutive quarters into the high-end
 
Tide electricity think tank "2022 Q2 global best-selling cell phone market analysis report" shows that the global cell phone $800 + best-selling models TOP20 brand evergreen tree is not much, can be selected for five consecutive quarters of the brand also only Apple, Samsung, Huawei, OPPO four brands.
 
 
In other words, the only domestic brands that can gain long-term consumer recognition in the high-end cell phone market are OPPO and Huawei.
 
The Find X5 Pro, released in February 2022, put OPPO in the TOP 20 of the world's best-selling cell phone models with $800+ in the first and second quarters of 2022, respectively, with cumulative sales of 520,000 units.
 
 
Prior to that, the Find X3 Pro also put OPPO in the Top 20 global cell phone $800+ best-selling models in Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2021 with cumulative sales of 710,000 units.
 
It is worth mentioning that OPPO's Find X5 Pro sales (280,000 units) were even higher than the Find X5 (150,000 units) in Q2.
 
2、Reno series hot sales cycle up to three quarters
 
Tide Power Intelligence's "Q2 2022 Global Best-Selling Mobile Phone Market Analysis Report" shows that OPPO -Reno 8 Pro ranks as No. 1 best-selling model for domestic brands in the $400-599 range.
 
 
OPPO has not only established a firm foothold in the high-end market, but is also popular and sought after by consumers in the mid-range market.
 
Combined with the release date of Reno 8 Pro (May 2022), TidePower Intelligence predicts that Reno 8 Pro will continue to sell well in the third and fourth quarters of this year, with a conservative estimate of 2.2 million units sold; an aggressive estimate of over 4 million units sold.
 
 
Such a forecast result is based on the previous sales performance of the Reno series.
 
Prior to the Reno 8 Pro, the Reno 7 Pro, Reno 6 Pro and Reno 5 Pro all maintained a three-quarter sales cycle.
 
Among them, Reno 7 Pro entered the Top 20 best-selling models in the $400-$599 range for cell phones worldwide in Q4 2021, Q1 and Q2 2022, with cumulative sales of 2.46 million units.
 
Reno 6 Pro in the Top 20 best-selling $400-599 models for cell phones worldwide in Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2021, with cumulative sales of 2.88 million units.
 
Reno 5 Pro enters the TOP 20 global cell phone $400-599 best-selling models in Q4 2020, Q1 and Q2 2021, with cumulative sales of 4.13 million units.
 
3. Outstanding ability to fight on all fronts
 
Tide Power Intelligence's "Q2 2022 Global Best-Selling Mobile Phone Market Analysis Report" shows that OPPO A57 is ranked No.1 in the $200-399 best-selling models of Chinese brands.
 
 
Domestic brands that also perform well in this price segment include Xiaomi, Motorola, Glory, Vivo, and Huawei.
 
According to OPPO's strategic arrangement, the Find series is positioned as a high-end flagship; the Reno series is positioned as a mid- to high-end product; and the A series is positioned as an entry-level model.
 
From the hot sales of typical models such as Find X5 Pro, Reno 8 Pro and A57, it can be seen that OPPO strategy has almost fully achieved success.
