This time, KEJIE Technology exhibited a variety of high-end CNC equipment under the ‘JIATIE’ brand, including a five-axis precision high-speed machining center, a five-axis drilling and milling center, a 24-hour unmanned automated intelligent material warehouse system, and a CNC high-speed machine with μ-level precision stable processing.

Speaking of the early days of KEJIE Technology, Chunsheng Liu , who has been working at KEJIE for nearly 20 years and is now the Vice President of Sales, told Chaodian : “It was really tough at that time, there was a severe lack of talent, and Kojie Technology was really thirsty for professional talent. So we had to find a way, and we started to cultivate talent on our own. At that time, we chose to cooperate with the technical school in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, and in just two years, we trained the first batch of professional CNC talents. When the graduates were employed, they were directly introduced to the companies where the customers were located, which not only solved the employment problem of the students, but also solved the pain point of the customers’ talent demand.

 

Chunsheng Liu summarized: “It was this step that was done right, and the company smoothly entered a rapid growth stage. Without research and development in technology, it is difficult to gain an advantage.”

 

Thus, JIATIE Technology set sail in Jiangmen City, and its business expanded from Dongguan, Guangdong and Taizhou, Zhejiang to the whole country.

 

JIATIE Technology is guided by the principle of “produce one generation, research and develop one generation, prepare next generation”, that is, while in the current production process, research and development of the next generation of products is carried out simultaneously. For this reason, the marketing department takes the lead in conducting market research, analyzing the latest market trends and product layout, in order to grasp product trends, and then the R&D department formulates feasible plans to fully prepare for future R&D work.

During the early stages of equipment introduction, KEJIE Technology established a complete standardized process. With the principle of “customer first, service first”, the R&D team and the customer’s design team worked together to test and calibrate the equipment parameters according to the product performance requirements. This allowed customers to quickly get started with operations, greatly reducing the production impact caused by personnel turnover.

 

Since its establishment, KEJIE Technology has developed and sold engraving and milling machines, glass processing centers, drilling and milling centers, CNC high-speed machines, CNC machining centers, etc. It has obtained more than 200 patents, and the number is still increasing at a rate of 10-20 items per year, forming a strong patent moat.

Chaodian learned that Kojie Technology will focus on a 72-hour non-stop operation plan in the future to achieve a true dark factory.

 

This plan is an upgrade compared to the 24-hour unattended system. It has automatic loading and unloading, automatic chip removal functions, can monitor tool life at any time, and can timely connect to the central tool library for replenishment.

 

Breaking through the bottleneck of five-axis impeller processing efficiency

 

The rapid development of the manufacturing industry has led to an increasing demand for high-precision molds and complex parts.

 

Five-axis CNC machine tools can greatly improve processing efficiency and accuracy, and meet the requirements of high-quality products. The processing efficiency of five-axis impellers has always been the ‘ceiling’ of the CNC machining industry.
