Asus is launching AirVision M1, smart glasses equipped with a wearable display at this year's CES 2024, which can be interpreted as a simplified form of smart glasses.
Instead of a built-in processor or battery, these glasses connect to your phone or computer via USB-C and project its content in front of your eyes. It features a 1080p resolution Micro OLED display with a 57° vertical perspective field of view, 1100nits peak brightness, and 95% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, which makes it a highly configurable and enjoyable experience.
AirVision M1 lenses have a 60% transmittance, and the glasses themselves support 3DoF, allowing you to "fix" the virtual screen in a specific position.
It also carries a small touchpad on the left lens foot, which is convenient for users to perform different operations in different scenarios, such as watching a movie can be clicked to pause.
It is worth mentioning that ASUS AirVision M1 only supports DisplayPort Alt mode, and some functions require a Windows PC and corresponding software.
