Upgrade DSI-2 Technology
Create excellent dark light imaging and color performance
The new P series products are based on the upgraded DSI-2 technology, equipped with Stowe's innovative SFCPixel® patented technology and ultra-low noise peripheral reading circuit technology, to achieve a comprehensive improvement in imaging performance. The new product has been designed to reduce the thickness of the inner dielectric layer, making the metal layer lighter and thinner, thus improving the overall photosensitivity performance. The SC4336P, for example, is a 2.0μm small pixel size sensor with 18% lower SNR1s than its predecessor, while its sensitivity (A-light) has increased by 25%, achieving a dark light imaging performance comparable to that of the industry's 2.3μm pixel size sensors, making details in dark areas more visible.
In addition, the P series new products are equipped with a fully optimized color process and advanced Microlens new process, and the use of the industry's top materials to create Color Filter, to enhance the color reproduction at the same time, to achieve imaging effects comparable to the BSI process. Compared to the industry with the same specification products, SC4336P Chroma high and low color temperature were relatively improved by 9% and 12%, the image picture is more vivid and not distorted.
Fearless of high temperature and harsh challenges
Imaging performance is still outstanding
Security cameras need to deal with the limited space for a long time and outdoor exposure to the high temperature working environment, and the high temperature will often make the image sensor image quality degraded. The SC4336P, for example, has a Shading lower than 3e- and a DSNU less than 0.8e-, which eliminates the purple edge phenomenon caused by high temperature and enables the camera to output high quality images even in a high temperature environment. This enables the camera to output high quality images even in high temperature environments.
Thanks to the outstanding low-power design of Storwell, the P series products can precisely control the modules within the chip through configuration upgrades, thus achieving excellent low-power performance. Take SC4336P as an example, compared with its predecessor, its power consumption has been significantly reduced by 22%, which can be used for intelligent security emerging applications.
